ROBERT WECHSLER

<p>Robert Wechsler is the Director of Research-Retired for City Ethics.</p>
<p>He writes this site's <a href="http://www.cityethics.org/Blog-RobWechsler">local government ethics blog</a> and he drafted the <a href="http://www.cityethics.org/mc/introduction">City Ethics Model Code</a></p>
<p>From 2007-2012, he was Administrator of the <a href="http://www.cityofnewhaven.com/Government/DemocracyFund.asp">New Haven Democracy Fund</a>, a public campaign financing program for the mayoral election.</p>
<p>For Common Cause Connecticut, he prepared a Model Code of Ethics for Connecticut municipalities and wrote reports on <a href="http://www.commoncause.org/site/pp.asp?c=dkLNK1MQIwG&b=1373025">the state's municipal ethics codes</a> and on <a href="http://www.catbirdpress.com/charter/report.pdf">the state's forms of municipal government and how to change them</a>.</p>
