Sounds like folks in Jacksonville haven't yet figured out that when you come upon "Miller's Crossing," you really should stop and look both ways. The Carla Train just might still be comin'.
People who are caught in her "do-right light" may call her a "grenade-throwing" trouble-maker. Oh, Puleez! Carla Miller is an inspiration and an ethics hero. Of course, that is a punishable offense.
Anyone who tries to draw the light of awareness onto ethics issues knows it can be a very unfriendly, sometimes frightening place to be. Hoorah for Carla! Hip Hip!
